Dear studentes,

The topic for the essay you´ll have to write the day of the exam, Wednesday, May 20th, will be based on the novel Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury (focus on the following characters: Clarisse McClellan and Guy Montag).

Please remember that on Monday (May 18th) Ms Hassan, Ms Salmaso and I will be involved in Language I and Language II exams and won´t be available for office hours. On Tuesday, Ms Segura won´t be available, since she has Phonetics exams.

Comparison and Contrast Paragraphs 2015

Dear students,

This message is for both 2014 and 2015 students. For 2014 students I´m uploading again the ppps on cause-effect analysis and comparison and contrast. The ppps have been converted to pdf files. I’m not sure if you’ll be able to downlaod them from the blog or if you'll just be able to see them on-line on the blog.

For 2015 students there´s a checklist for when you write your paragraphs, three documents in word with questions on Tactical Exercise and on The Legacy and one with very useful links on The Legacy, including a recorded reading of the short story.
