Dear students,  

The essay topic for the final Language III exam on Wednesday, November 29th, 2017 will be based on chapters 8, 9,10, 11, and 12 of The Namesake. The essay will be about Moshumi. You will be allowed to have a clean copy of the text with you.

The mode of development we´ll ask you to use is cause or effect analysis. Please read the text carefully. Don´t forget to review our notes on cause-effect analysis, the outline layout, and the connectors you should use for the different modes of development. You should also review our guidelines on introductory and concluding paragraphs.

Please remember that on Tuesday, November 28th we WILL NOT answer any questions related to the essay topic in office hours, nor will we check possible outlines.
